Philippines Visa

Basic Documents:

1. Seven and a half (7.5) Months Valid Passport with Old Passport if have.
2. Visiting Card in English.
3. Recent 2 copy photographs taken in the last 3 months (white background, Passport size matt paper, or glossy paper).
4. Bank Statement last six months with bank solvency certificate (Minimum balance BDT 70,000 for each & 1,30,000 BDT for the family applicant).
5. Fixed Deposit Copy with Certificate from Bank.
6. Asset Valuation (Summary of Property, Bank Statement, Fixed Deposit, and other Financial Documents).
7. Police clearance certificates.
8. The blank page of your CheckBook.

For Business Person:

1. Renewal Trade license copy with notary public (English Translated).
2. Memorandum for Limited Company.
3. The blank page of the office pad.
4. Visiting Card.

For Job Holder:

1. No Objection Certificate (NOC).
2. TIN Certificate.
3. NID Card.

For Student:

1. Student ID card Photo Copy.
2. Birth Certificate (Only for Child & infant).

Others:

1. Marriage Certificate Copy (For family application only).
2. Nikahnama in Bangla if name not mentioned in passport/newly married.
