Nepal Visa Requirements for Bangladeshi

Visa Processing Fee BDT 500/-

Basic Documents:

  1. Original passport valid for at least 6 months after the intended departure date.
  2. Two recent passport-sized photos
  3. NID copy.
  4. Proof of Occupation
    a) For business owners / first-time travelers:
    b) Office ID card copy & visiting card.
  5. Financial Documents
    a) Bank Statement – last 6 months (personal or company). Must include bank name and telephone number.
    b) Salary slips for the last 6 months (if applicable).

For Business Person:

  1. Company Bank Solvency Bank Statement of Last Six Months.
  2. Blank Page of Office Pad.
  3. Renewal Trade License.
  4. Visiting Card.

For Job Holder:

  1. NOC / Forwarding Letter.
  2. Office ID card copy.
  3. Visiting Card.
  4. Salary certificate.
  5. Salary payslip for the last six months/ salary account statement and solvency certificate.
  6. Income Tax Certificate (previous 3 years)
  7. TIN Certificate

Others:

  1. Marriage Certificate Copy (For family application only).
  2. Nikahnama in Bangla if name not mentioned in passport/newly married.

For Student: –

  1. Valid original student ID card & last educational certificate (attested photocopy) or a recommendation letter from the College/University must be submitted during online submission.
  2. Student ID card
  3. Birth Certificate

Photo requirement

  1. Two identical photos. Not older than six months.
  2. Photo size: 35x45mm.
  3. In color. No black and white
  4. The Head should take 70-80% of the photo.
  5. Brightly colored background. Light grey is suggested. No patterns.
  6. The applicant should be looking straight at the camera.
  7. Avoid uniforms or colors matching the background.

Note for Nepal Visa:

  • Visa Processing Fee Non-refundable.
  • The Visa rate can be changed without prior notice.
  • The Embassy reserves visa issuance rights.
